IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A PRE-ORDER ITEM PLEASE READ!
Ship dates for pre-order items are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We expect frequent delays and setbacks with manufacturing and shipping. By placing your order you accept that there may be delays out of our control and the "estimated ship date" may change or be delayed. You also accept that by ordering a pre-order item, the rest of your order may not ship until the pre-order item(s) are ready to ship together.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds past the 30-day window for failure to understand and accept our pre-order terms.
All high-risk fraud orders will be immediately canceled and refunded for the safety of our shop and customers! If your order was wrongfully canceled for fraud, please contact us to have the issue resolved.
Shipping Policies
- We do our best to ship out orders within 1 week, but due to the large demand for our products, sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks for an order to ship during busy times.
- Due to the amount of orders we get, we cannot accommodate special requests like combining shipping/marking down values for customs.
- Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes. Fees are subject to border policies and not under our control.
- In order to keep costs down, we ship from different locations so some of your items may arrive separately.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, doesn't fit, or you were sent the wrong item etc, please contact us with your order number within 30 business days of receipt and we will be happy to help you with an "exchange" or refund.
- Please contact us at support@jellypinch.com with the email you initially ordered with if possible, or fill out a contact form here. (We don't want any randos getting a hold of your info!)
- Our Returns and Exchanges platform only supports US orders. For international orders, please contact our team!
- We cannot send replacements to a different address than the original.
- We no longer support exchanges. All exchanges will be through store credit where the customer will place a new order.
- If we are out of stock in your chosen size, you will be refunded.
- Once we receive your return and it is deemed to be in re-sellable condition, we will refund you or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
- Please allow 10-15 business days for us to process your exchange.
- We will not ship out replacements or provide refunds until the original item is returned in an acceptable, re-sellable condition.
Ineligible Returns/Refunds:
- Any clothing that is visibly worn, altered, soiled or missing tags.
- Earrings or wigs (you wouldn't want to wear used wigs or earrings, would you?)
- Returned items (for both returns and exchanges) that are deemed ineligible will be discarded and the refund or exchange will be nullified. Please return items at your own discretion.
