We aren't sure why this happens but the best thing to do is whitelist our email. If you still see nothing, feel free to contact us again as your email may have been pushed down due to the high amount of emails we receive.
How long does shipping take?
It varies by country and by item! Some of our items that are made to order or pre-order may take longer so please be sure to read the product description <3 Customs, weather etc may also affect your delivery time. Within the states it can take an item less than a week, international can take 2 weeks or more
I received one item but my other item(s) is/are missing?
Some of our products ship separately to avoid heavy shipping charges, give it a little longer and if it doesn't arrive within 3 weeks please contact us with your order number so that we can look into it!
Can you mark my package as a gift/combine shipping?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot accommodate special packaging requests at this time.
I received the wrong item?
Oh no! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a form here and we will arrange a return and replacement for the intended item.
I don't want the item anymore/I placed an order by accident. Can I get a refund?
Depending on what stage your order is at, you may be eligible for a refund. If your item has already begun shipping, unfortunately we will not be able to process the refund until the item is returned to us in a re-sellable state.
I'm being charged customs fees for my order?
It sucks but unfortunately I have zero control over customs fees as they are set by your country. I don't see a dime of those fees and don't benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for their own customs fees.
My item doesn't fit, can I return it?
I do my best to provide accurate sizing information with every product. If it still doesn't fit, please contact me within 5 days and you'll be given a store credit refund in order to purchase a different size.
I'm not sure what size to order, what is the fit like?
Most fawnbomb items are USA unisex standard sizing, including the ita jackets. Some products are sourced from asian manufacturers and run a bit on the small side. I've tried to indicate on each listing as best i can as to how it fits. Size chart is usually in the size chart tab or in the image gallery/product description.
Why don't you offer ___ in size ___?
I do my best to offer inclusive sizing, and am always looking to expand my range of sizes in every product I carry. All my fawnbomb items are available in plus size, but unfortunately some of my other products are sourced from different manufacturers and I can't change their size offerings.
I took a picture wearing your merchandise, when will you post it?
I love customer photos! I do however plan my posts in advance so it may take some time to get posted. But don't fret, you bet i've seen you.
Do you do collabs? Are you looking for models?
I prefer to use friends and influencers i've already worked with as models. My affiliate program is free to join and open to anyone!
