JellyPack is considered a 'mini kickstarter' to help fund the production of new jackets. Jackets are made to order based on the sizes we collect during the box month. Please do not order if you're unwilling to wait.

Billing

• This is a recurring subscription. 
• JellyPack bills on the first of every 2 months. 
• Subscribers that stay subscribed for a year of boxes, receive a year end free gift.

Shipping

• Estimated ship date is usually within 3 months.
  
• ETA may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You will be notified of any delays, but please follow our email newsletter and socials to stay up to date.

• If fulfillment delays become greater than 3 months from the original ETA, your order may be canceled with a full refund.

Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time before the next charge. Refunds will not be given for forgetting to cancel by the deadline.
